what are the most profitable online affiliate programs or fields?

I current have spent the last 4 years advertising dialup internet access through online ads. I want to expand my business into new areas and fields. ISPs have treated me very well over the years. I’m positive there are other lucrative fields besides dialup and dsl to market online. I’m looking for comission based pay per signup like programs. Or different fields to consider. ANY advice would be helpful.

You may want to look into credit card affiliate programs. From what I have read they can be quite lucrative.
